"THE ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS"

Christmas is the essence to give, to forgive and to helpother people. The season of christmas is very beautiful. This christmas season, we must share the blessings that we had. The finest gift in this christmas, is to love and to be love by others. Christmas is day when Jesus Christ was born.

Tang!! Tang!! when the bell is ringing for the "simbang gabi". Its very glad that I can share my love to others. The family stays together and we were enjoy to have a reunion. I'm so happy because I can help who is in need. The children that was caroling in our house is so admirable.

Christmas is a true love to everyone because it's a season when to forgive and sharing and make some enjoy in having christmas, so we should share we had because this is the way to show the love we have our savior, Jesus Christ..

"PAGPAPATIBAY NG PAGKATAONG PILIPINO TUGON SA HAMON NG PANAHON"

This month of November, the Values Club celebrating for the theme "Pagpapatibay Ng Pagkataong Pilipino Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon". It means, we should be strength to our human nature for the challenge that came through in everyday life.To care our mother land and the country, Philippines because of the love we had in our immaculate heart.
The Values Club conducted different activities like poster making contest, morning trivia, cook fest, and kite flying. They are so aggressive in doing it.
We should be a good people to God to care and respect the descision He had.Us a human being for a stability to the next future in life. We all know that many crisis we take in so we should help to each othert to show to others that we have a good ability. So go on, Be a Stability Person!!!!!

MY REFLECTION

I'm lucky because we already finished the second grading period but I had many activities that I found specially in TLE. We have many activities we made of like make a blogs, using the HTML tags in our file and also a good discipline in every activities we tried to made. I'm very happy because I'd successfully made all my activities.

I ha many problems that I encountered specially when I'm saving a HTML file, It ha a mistakes so I make some solutions to solve it.

I love the way she teached us even we are so noisy, she still smiling to us. I'm so happy to represent my knowledge about conputer and I'm very proud to my teacher "Mrs. Vera Cruz ".

From my observation, It is si enjoyable and nore learnings about computer.

"MY TEACHER, MY HERO"

When I'm still young, I have a protection and my guardians. Jesus Christ is my saviour, whatever my problems are made of. I love my hero, I love my saviour. Now, I'm a graduating students here in Ilocos Sur National High School, I really make my role as a students. He is there to me even if I have many sins to my friends or relatives.

I study hard to achieve my goals. I know that I'm a sinner but I really know that He guides .Many obstacles in my life that I didn't but really it needed a solution so I do it.

I thank Jesus Christ, as my teacher because He teach me in a good way, as my hero because He takes me as I am.

I can't promise that I would be good but I do all my best to be a real friend, a real people to my saviour, that is my God, Jesus Christ.

I love you Jesus Christ to encourage me to be a good person and a good believer to you oh, my God.

"ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT"

This month of September, we celebrating the science and it called "SCIENCE MONTH CELEBRATION". The theme is "ADAPTING TO DIVERSE SCIENCE CULTURE FOR DEVELOPMENT". The Science club conducted different activities like making a slogan, essay, and the morning trivia, this activity do this every morning to sharpen our minds as a students. The "GINOO AT MUTYA NG KALIKASAN" are conducted to tell all, that the nature was very important and the environment could take care of it.
We must state sound changes to support our country. To keep the country in safe way, we must taken all the rules that be to safe to the country. We promoted our own country by stop cutting trees and many more. To prevent the possibility of flooding, we planted more trees. It must also avoid industrial pollution.
By caring it, many can appreciated it especially all the different countries. It had many importance of Science Culture. The more contents of our country, the higher the promotion of the country "Philippines".

"WIKANG FILIPINO, MULA BALER HANGGANG BUONG MUNDO"

This month of August, we will going to celebrate the "BUWAN NG WIKA". Our school conducted different activities specially in Filipino Department. "Pagsulat ng tula, slogan, balagtasan" are the activities they made for the students like me.

Every year we celebrate it. Mr. Manuel Quezon, the Ex President make this not only for himself but also to the students to our language, Filipino is very important.

Promoting our own dialect or national language, the Filipino and used in proper in a great thing. By means of using it, respecting our own dialect or language, Filipino.

Proud to be a "FILIPINO"!! we must used it in proper and good manner. Respect our own native language.

" My Learnings in the School"

I have learned in the school, I have discovered that I can learned more from the school and one is I learned how to hold computer. When i'm in third year, it's my first time to know all about computer. Im very happy because our teacher in TLE was very good to teach us. It's enjoyable even it's my first time to manipulate the computer. I learned how to make a blog, which sometimes I didn't go out in the house to chat with my friends or with my researching.

There's a time that I quarrel my friends but I know that many challenges or problem that comes to my life so I like to be a good person to avoid misunderstandings to my parents and my friends. There's a time that my parents didn't give my allowance to buy my needs in school. I don't want to surrender, I need to solved the obstacles that makes me an influential girl.

This challenges or problem are only obstacles so I have my ability to solved it. I learned to create a blog and I know that computer can helps us in our future.

I can moved on of what problems or challenge makes me bad. However, I continue to be a good student. I like to be a very successful someday so I really study well.

Speak ENGLISH or FILIPINO always with Kindness

We need to used English or Filipino to communicate to other language. "Ang hindi magmahal sa sariling wika ay higit pa sa amoy ng malansang isda",the very remarcable qoutes of our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal. We must love our own language or dialect.

The English or Filipino language are very important because it help us to communicate or we use this to provide job opportunities from other country. So we use them as a dialect.

We strive to speak English and Filipino with kindness and we use this to retrieve our goals in life. Don't be ashamed of what a dialect we use. Not only for the rich or the people in the other country can use this language,also the Pilipino people.

The Filipino and English languages must be in our heart and our mind because this dialect are very important so:"PROUD TO BE PINOY".

Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan

We are again celebrated the nutrition month. The theme of this month is "Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan". This means, we must help ourselves to be healthy and we need nutritious food to avoid diseases. As a students, we can help ourselves in proper nutrition by eating vegetables, fruits and other nutritious foods.
We were very lucky because they give us a time to show to everybody that nutritious foods are very important to us. The diseases that can destroy our health can be avoid by eating nutritious and full of vitamins that can help us.
We didn't need junk foods to help our body in good condition. We avoid to eat junk foods because it has ingredients mixed like monosodium glutamate that can be destroyed our health. So help our body to be good and healthy. We all know that nutritious foods are the most important to help us healthy. So go now to the foods that has nutritious and can help us to avoid diseases. We must be vegetarian as well.
"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan" to prevent our health to be good and most important we will have a longer life span.
