Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan



We are again celebrated the nutrition month. The theme of this month is "Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan". This means, we must help ourselves to be healthy and we need nutritious food to avoid diseases. As a students, we can help ourselves in proper nutrition by eating vegetables, fruits and other nutritious foods.
We were very lucky because they give us a time to show to everybody that nutritious foods are very important to us. The diseases that can destroy our health can be avoid by eating nutritious and full of vitamins that can help us.
We didn't need junk foods to help our body in good condition. We avoid to eat junk foods because it has ingredients mixed like monosodium glutamate that can be destroyed our health. So help our body to be good and healthy. We all know that nutritious foods are the most important to help us healthy. So go now to the foods that has nutritious and can help us to avoid diseases. We must be vegetarian as well.
"Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan, Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan" to prevent our health to be good and most important we will have a longer life span.
